Bill Engvall
Bill Engvall
If ever there were a comic geared to one particular demographic, Bill Engvall is he. Hailed by many fans as one of the true protégés of Jeff Foxworthy (with whom he has often performed), Engvall caters to fans of "redneck comedy" one-liners and anecdotes about pickup trucks, beer guzzling, tailgating, deer hunting, and assorted acts of blue-collar mayhem....
In The Mood
In The Mood
With a big band orchestra, singers and dancers, IN THE MOOD, presents a retro 1940's musical. Experience the music that moved a nation's spirit and helped win a war. This was the last time when all of America was listening and dancing to the same kind of music.
Merle Haggard
Merle Haggard
A country music legend; he epitomized the drifter/loner persona and is considered perhaps the genre's greatest songwriter. ~ Rovi
The Lettermen
The Lettermen
The Lettermen's close-harmony pop songs with light and easy arrangements made them quite a successful group with adult audiences during the 1960s, when changing styles and tastes made many older listeners feel just a bit left behind in the music world....
The ABBA story began in June 1966 when Björn Ulvaeus (born 1945) met Benny Andersson (born 1946) for the first time. Björn was a member of the Hootenanny Singers, a very popular folk music group, while Benny played keyboards in Sweden’s biggest pop group of the 1960s, The Hep Stars....

Nashville City Limits

Do NOT attend this performance, if you value your eyesight. My husband and I just returned from the opening nite of this show - we were only able to stand it for approximately 10 minutes because of the EXTREME flashing lights coming from the stage. The lights were like laser flashes. We asked an usher if there was any other seats for us to avoid the lights. He replied "No, they are every where." He added that there was a dress performance the day before and "everyone" was bitterly complaining about the lights, but nothing was done about them. We went to the ticket counter and demanded a refund which was refused and were told that "all concerts" at the theater were lighted like this one. This answer was NOT true - we have been to the theater previously. We will never return. On Monday I will attempt to alert the proper health officials to this unsafe condition at this performance of the Nashville City Limits at the American Music Theater, Lancaster. I am a tourist from Maryland, but I will try.
